REATY OF FRIENDSHIP AND MUTUAL RECOGNITION -Between the Kingdom of Valoria and the
Republic of West Papua
The Kingdom of Valoria and the Republic of West Papua, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”,
Guided by the principles of mutual respect, sovereignty, peaceful coexistence, and international cooperation;
Recognizing the importance of dialogue and friendship between nations;
Desiring to strengthen ties of goodwill and collaboration;
Have agreed as follows:
Article I – Mutual Recognition
The Parties hereby recognize each other as sovereign and self-governing entities, acknowledging their respective institutions, authorities, and national symbols.
Article II – Establishment of Diplomatic Relations
The Parties agree to establish formal diplomatic relations and maintain open channels of communication through their designated representatives.
Article III – Cooperation
The Parties shall promote cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including but not limited to cultural exchange, economic dialogue, academic collaboration, and micronational development initiatives.
Article IV – Peaceful Relations
The Parties commit to resolving any differences through peaceful dialogue, respect, and diplomatic means.
Article V – Entry into Force
This Treaty shall enter into force upon signature by the duly authorized representatives of both Parties.
Signed in good faith on this 20 day of February, 2026.
